Monolithic works in HIGH LIFE's Feel Tower are completed

PIONEER has completed the monolithic frame of Feel Tower (B2) within the HIGH LIFE premium-class residential complex. The property developer has started the construction of the roof structures and the installation of the internal engineering systems.

Feel Tower is one of six ultramodern skyscrapers of the HIGH LIFE residential complex being built in the Danilovsky district near the Derbenevskaya embankment. The height of the 24-storey building is almost 90 meters, and the total area is more than 13 thousand m². There will be 158 apartments and penthouses with an area of 49 to 219 m² with white box finishing.

Moscow’s ADM bureau developed the HIGH LIFE concept; the entrances and lift lobbies are by Spanish designer JAIME BERIESTAIN STUDIO.

The special atmosphere of the residential complex is completed by the club infrastructure with an area of over 800 m², which includes a lounge zone with a fireplace, private cinema, beauty zone, massage room, gym, yoga room, co-working room with meeting rooms, children’s playroom, and an auditorium-convertible for events.

The entrance area of each skyscraper includes a lobby with a seating area, a separate mail room, a pram room and a reception area. Residents will be able to move around easily and conveniently without keys, thanks to state-of-the-art motion sensors.

The 2-hectare private courtyard garden is a veritable green oasis in the heart of the metropolis. A two-level courtyard with a spacious garden with rolling hills and lawns offer landscaped areas for recreational activities. Equally comfortable, here you will be able to enjoy the peace, play sports, spend time with friends or simply relax.

The underground parking garage of the first phase includes 295 parking spaces and is located at the -1 level of the residential complex. Special parking spaces for electric cars will also be available to the residents. There will also be areas for bicycles and kellers to store seasonal items. The entrance to the car park and the lift zones are united in a single stylistic solution with the entrance groups. Commissioning of the first stage of construction is scheduled for Q1 2025.
