Сity promenade to stretch along the HIGH LIFE skyscraper block

PIONEER will create a new public pedestrian space on Letnikovskaya Street, featuring several dozen designer flower beds made of decorative concrete with bonsai pines, grasses, and shrubs.

The new relaxation zone will extend for 230 meters along the shops, cafes, and boutiques located on the ground floors of buildings 1 and 6 of the premium residential complex HIGH LIFE.

The landscaped promenade will serve as a new point of attraction for both residents of the residential development and employees of the numerous business centers in the Paveletskaya district. PIONEER will install radius benches for relaxation. Additionally, visitors will have the opportunity to admire the author’s concrete circular flowerbeds, which will feature compositions of conifers in the form of bonsai, small trees of beautiful shapes, herbs, grasses, and shrubs. The evening beauty of the pedestrian space will be accentuated by architectural lighting.

The property developer plans to use two types of durable materials in light grey shades: granite slabs and paving stones. Furthermore, the property developer intends to install a local heating system for the entrances to the street retail premises, ensuring comfort and safety during the cold season.

The improvement of the new urban promenade along Letnikovskaya Street will be carried out in two stages. PIONEER plans to partially green the area along the stylobate of Tower 1 in spring 2024, with the final appearance of the promenade to be achieved by the time the residential neighborhood is completed in summer 2027.

The HIGH LIFE residential quarter is located at Letnikovskaya St., property 11, and consists of 6 high-rise buildings ranging from 23 to 46 stories. Residents of the skyscraper neighborhood will have access to outdoor recreation and work areas in the courtyard space, including a co-working space, a terrace, an event space, and a two-level garden with hills and lawns.
