PROESTATE & TOBY AWARDS 2023 property tour hosted in the HIGH LIFE residential complex

The premium residential estate HIGH LIFE was included in the property tour programme for real estate market participants from Moscow and Russian regions. The event was organised by PROESTATE & TOBY AWARDS 2023.

During the tour, participants learnt about the concept of the residential complex, its advantages, unique features and infrastructure, got acquainted with the planning and finishing solutions of the apartments in the HIGH LIFE showroom. PIONEER also demonstrated mock-ups of the complex’s façades, which make it possible to assess how panoramic bay windows and floor-to-ceiling windows will look like.

Currently, work is underway on the installation of façade modules in the first-stage towers. The work is planned to be completed in the summer of 2024.

The HIGH LIFE residential development consists of 6 ultra-modern towers with a height of up to 47 storeys. A picturesque internal park of 2 hectares will be landscaped for residents’ recreation, and amenities will be provided with recreation areas, an event hall, a workspace, a cinema, a terrace, a beauty zone, a massage room, a sauna, a yoga room, a gym and a children’s playroom.
