Finishing of technical rooms has begun in the HIGH LIFE skyscraper complex

In November, workers continued installing the modular facade system in the first-stage buildings of the premium residential development HIGH LIFE. Work is underway to finish technical rooms for the subsequent installation of engineering equipment.

The power supply system of the building is 30% complete.

The automatic fire alarm system of notification and access control is 65% complete, whereas the fire water supply system, as well as heating and ventilation systems are 60% ready.

Finishing of public spaces and apartments of the demonstration floor has been completed, where 3 finishing options will be presented: White Box, Fusion, and Art. The mockup will allow evaluating the quality and functionality of technical solutions and construction materials.

A total of 500 people are involved in the construction of the object.
