HIGH LIFE kicks off second stage sales: apartments and street retail

Property developer PIONEER kicked off sales in the second stage of the premium estate HIGH LIFE. The total area of the three towers will comprise 106,865 m², while the area of 882 residential units will be 65.9 thousand m².

The SENSE, MIND and FAITH buildings maintain the philosophy of the skyscraper area, which is based on the main intangible values in human life. The new towers will complement the ensemble of the HEART, FEEL and SOUL buildings, which are currently under construction. The 47-storey high SENSE skyscraper will become the architectural dominant of the project and the surrounding location. It is worth mentioning that ADM developed HIGH LIFE’s architecture.

The towers offer units with an area of up to 170 m² (unfurnished, white box, and with premium finishes in two styles), as well as penthouses from 130 to 350 m² with ceiling heights of up to 7 metres and impressive panoramic city views. Among the planning solutions available are lots with master bedrooms, open-plan kitchens, living rooms and spacious dressing rooms. On the minus ground floor there will be a car park for 453 parking spaces, bicycle parking and cellars.

The ground floors will accommodate street retail premises with an area of 36 m² or more with a separate entrance and window glazing from Letnikovskaya Street and 1st Projected Drive. High traffic for tenants and owners will be provided not only by HIGH LIFE residents, but also by residents of nearby residential complexes, employees of business centres and tourists choosing the route to the Moskva River. Different formats of premises will allow to open both a restaurant of high cuisine or a chain shop, and cosy coffee shops, beauty salons and minimarkets.

The project offers mortgage and interest-free instalments for residential and commercial property until the facility is commissioned.
