New mortgage programmes available for HIGH LIFE

PIONEER and its partner banks have launched new lending programmes for buyers of homes in HIGH LIFE.

Together with Sovcombank, a special offer “We’ll take the interest on ourselves” is in effect. Under this programme, the property developer will reimburse clients for the interest on the loan for the purchase of an apartment during the first year.

The loan rate will be 8% for a mortgage with state support and 6% for a family mortgage. During the selected grace period, buyers can reduce the monthly payment and the interest will be reimbursed by the property developer. Clients have the opportunity to choose for themselves a comfortable period of reimbursement of interest on the loan — from 1 to 5 years.

A programme from Alfa Bank is also available to buyers of homes in residential complexes under construction. Under the terms of the bank, the purchase of apartments is subsidised at a rate of up to 0.1% per annum for the first two years of lending.
