Large-scale works on external engineering systems completed at the HIGH LIFE construction site

A set of works was carried out to rearrange a section of the external heating network along Letnikovskaya Street as part of the first stage construction of HIGH LIFE. The heating network serves more than 40 objects, including two existing residential buildings. Thanks to HIGH LIFE’s construction, the external engineering infrastructure of the neighbourhood has been renewed, and its rearrangement has increased the reliability of the network. The new 150 metre long steel pipeline has a 30-year service life and a ten-year manufacturer’s warranty. In the future, landscaping will be carried out: a modern pedestrian zone will run along the commercial facilities located on the ground floors of the HIGH LIFE buildings.
