PIONEER completes monolithic construction of HIGH LIFE's SOUL and HEART towers

Property developer PIONEER has completed the monolithic frame of the 32-storey SOUL and HEART towers as part of the construction of the first stage of the HIGH LIFE premium-class residential complex near the Garden Ring.

The monolithic structures of the buildings have been completed. In total, including the underground parking lot, almost 50 thousand m3 of concrete has been poured. Currently, the company has started roofing works and installation of internal engineering systems.

The height of the SOUL and HEART towers is 115 meters, and each is designed for 244 apartments. The area of residential space in both buildings is over 41 thousand m2. The apartments in SOUL tower are unfinished, whereas in the HEART tower, they are available with designer finishes in two interior design variants: Art and Fusion.
HIGH LIFE is PIONEER’s flagship premium project consisting of 6 ultra-modern towers. The concept of the residential complex was developed by the Moscow-based ADM studio. The design of entrance groups and public spaces was developed by Spain’s Jaime Beriestain Studio team.

One of the advantages of the project is its own club infrastructure: on the area of more than 800 m², beauty zones, sports infrastructure, SPA, private cinema, lounge zone with a fireplace, co-working and multifunctional event space are planned. A private courtyard park of more than 2 hectares includes places for recreation, sports and children’s games. children’s games.

The first stage includes underground parking for 295 parking spaces. On the -1 floor, residents will have access to special parking spaces for electric cars, areas for bicycle parking, and kellers for storing seasonal items.
Earlier, the company completed monolithic works in the FEEL TOWER. Commissioning of the first stage is scheduled for completion in Q1 2025.
