A special programme from Sovcombank is available for purchasers of apartments in the HIGH LIFE residential complex. Customers have an opportunity to choose a comfortable term for repayment of interest on the loan — from 1 to 5 years.

The interest rate on the loan will be 8% for mortgages with state support and 6% for family mortgages. During the selected grace period, buyers can reduce the monthly payment by up to 10 times, and the interest will be repaid by the property developer.
