HIGH LIFE: Planting of Firs and Pines Begins in the Courtyard

In December, PIONEER began final finishing of common areas in the three towers of the first phase of the HIGH LIFE skyscraper complex. On the underground level, floors are being tiled with ceramic granite, while this stage of work nears completion in the above-ground sections.

In the FEEL (Tower K2) and HEART (Tower K3) buildings, final finishing of apartments is underway, and entrance doors to the apartments are being installed across all buildings in the first phase.

In the inner courtyard, 50% of the pedestrian pathways, paved with granite and brick tiles, have been completed. Additionally, coniferous trees, including large pines and firs, are being planted to enhance the landscape.

For the second phase of the project, construction work on the foundational slab and load-bearing structures of the underground level is in full swing.
