Facade Work Completed for Premium HIGH LIFE Complex

The installation of facade modules in the 31-story buildings, Soul and Heart, has been completed on site. PIONEER is continuing internal finishing works for communal areas and apartments. The glazing of the ground floors, which will house shops, boutiques, and cafes, is underway. The elevator manufacturer METEOR is continuing the installation of elevators, with the project including both residential and service elevators in each tower. Work on internal engineering systems is ongoing. Landscaping has commenced in the inner courtyard area above the underground parking lot. A total of 1,150 workers are involved in the construction.
