Six-month mortgage relief for buyers

For purchasers of apartments in HIGH LIFE, PIONEER, in collaboration with Alfa-Bank, has introduced the ‘Six-month mortgage relief’ promotion.

Under the terms of the scheme, for the first 6 months of the mortgage, only payments of ₽10,000 are required, irrespective of the loan amount. This provides the opportunity to manage the mortgage over the initial six months at a comfortable pace and utilise the funds meant for principal payments for other purposes.

Please note that this promotion does not extend to government programs of preferential mortgage lending.
