The 47-Storey Tower of the HIGH LIFE Skyscraper Ensemble Has Been Founded

PIONEER has completed the concreting of the monolithic foundation and reinforced concrete vertical structures of the underground level of the SENSE Tower (B4), part of the second phase of the premium HIGH LIFE residential quarter. The building will rise to 47 storeys and become the architectural centrepiece of the project at Paveletskaya.

Construction of the three buildings in the second phase is approaching completion of the underground stage. The overall readiness of the reinforced concrete structures of the underground car park stands at 55%. A total of 61,000 cubic metres of high-grade concrete will be used to construct the monolithic frames of the three towers, ranging from 26 to 47 storeys, ensuring safe and durable operation of the buildings.

Architecture firm ADM has developed a unique concept for the skyscraper ensemble, where architecture, scale, and quality come together to create a new urban skyline. The first three towers have already become a landmark of the district bordering Zamoskvorechye, with their striking, shimmering glass façades capturing attention.

The second phase of this premium project by PIONEER will offer 882 apartments, with and without finishing, boasting panoramic views over the historic centre of Moscow. Residents will have access to a private two-level garden courtyard and a variety of amenities. The ground floors will accommodate boutiques, restaurants, and cafés.

“We plan to create not only a beautiful internal courtyard but also a new public pedestrian space along Letnikovskaya Street, featuring dozens of designer concrete planters with a variety of plants,” said Alexey Varlamov, Project Management Executive at PIONEER.

The second phase of the HIGH LIFE skyscraper quarter is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
