PIONEER Completes First Premium Residential Development Near Paveletskaya

PIONEER has received official approval for the commissioning of the first phase of the HIGH LIFE high-rise development — the first premium residential project to be delivered in the Paveletskaya area.

The first phase includes three towers with a total floor area of 88,500 sq. m and building heights ranging from 24 to 32 storeys. The towers comprise 629 apartments with a combined residential area of 57,600 sq. m, offered with designer finishes, in white box format, or shell-and-core. The underground car park includes 298 spaces, dedicated bicycle storage, and private storage units (cellars).

Designed by leading architectural firm ADM, the buildings feature bespoke façades constructed using modular glass structures with dynamic bay windows that offer panoramic views over central Moscow. The glazing uses Stopsol Phoenix-coated panels, providing superior solar protection and a comfortable indoor climate.

Residents will enjoy access to a two-level private park with cascading landscaping, seating areas, sports zones, and children’s playgrounds. At 2 hectares, the landscaped courtyard is the largest among premium and luxury residential developments within Moscow’s Garden Ring.

A new pedestrian promenade will soon be introduced along Letnikovskaya Street, running past the cafés and restaurants located on the ground floors of the towers. The second phase of the development will include club-level amenities spanning 830 sq. m. Facilities will include a gym, massage room, beauty zone with access for private stylists, multifunctional event space, children’s playroom, private cinema, rooftop terrace, and direct access to the private park.

Construction is currently underway on the three towers of the second phase, with works progressing on the structural frame and engineering systems.
